1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 10 days from the delivery date (as confirmed by the shipping carrier).

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • It must include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Personalized or custom-made rugs cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
  • Clearance or discounted items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

Return Process:

Step 1: Email us at info@beelovepod.com with:

  • Your order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Step 2: We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return instructions and address

Step 3: Package and send the item back:

  • Use the original packaging
  • Include the RMA number and proof of purchase
  • Use a tracked shipping service
  • Share the tracking number with us

Note: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

2. Refund Policy

Inspection Time: Within 1–2 business days of receiving the returned item, we will inspect it.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • The refund amount excludes the original shipping fee (if any).

We cover return shipping only if the product is:

  • Damaged or defective due to our error
  • Incorrectly delivered

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or refund the shipping cost.

3. Additional Information

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like another item, please return the original and place a new order.
  • If the returned item does not meet our conditions, we will notify you and may return the item at your cost.
